I dunno why , the month of july, it just flew by.


ok that juz came spontaneously. july was a busy month for me, especially on the nights on weekdays. tues and thurs i had practice for sji alumni. and some of the tuesdays i had vocal training by dr lim.


Renaissance Gold was on 21st july held at UCC. the alumni played 5 songs, 1 of them combining with the main band. we enjoyed ourselves, though we werent too pleased with the main band and the organisation as a whole. but who cares, as long we got to play as how we used to again. we played pirates, enka, yamato, rocky and hallelujah. all catchy songs, not too long nor short. dressed in our all black attire and colourful ties, tt's how one could tell the old boy apart from the rest.

and the following week, our church worship team held a worship encounter at Quality Hotel from 27th to 28th Julu.

though it was just a span of 20 hours, it seemed that we were there for a longer time. there was a sermon by Pastor Fabian , as well as extended worship sessions and devotion time. I guess what I picked up frm the sermon was that worship is a lifestyle. Public worship is an outflow of private worship. worship is not about the form , but about the relationship with God. sounds so simple yet not that simple. HA. im convicted to hav a more consistent devotion and bring my service in worship ministry to a higher level!
